Understood. Even if tourists are ruining Rosslyn Chapel, in no way should an individual who wrote a book be responsible, directly or indirectly. People MUST practice personal responsiblity.

I just spent 3 hours last night talking to 8 people who HAVE read the book.

To reiterate: my mind need not be changed regarding this issue. I didnot come here to have my mind altered one way OR the other regarding this book and its affect. I'm ONLY curious as to why OTHERs have the feelings they do about the book. I've alluded to my suspicions about the perspective people use when they analyze this using their situational ethics.
