Perhaps it would be better to say: we need to consider the possibility that Khufu may not have been taken to the King's Chamber via this Passage...
I should like to point out that this is assuming Khufu was buried in the Pyramid - which is what I am doing here, but only for the sake of this discussion re the blocks in the Passage.

I am far from convinced that Khufu was ever put in the King's Chamber - and partly because of the points you mention.
