And I believe each Pharaoh of the 4th dynasty had his own "Overseer of Construction" (which in our terms would be the builder-architect). While each undoubtedly trained under the predecessor, each was appointed by "His Person", the King to construct HIS tomb.
You seem to dismiss the 4 Kings desires who rules when centralized authority was at it's peak.
You have offered no proof whatever the site was one pre-designed controlled and unchangeable plan.
I enjoy discussions with posters here on differing viewpoints.
I do tire of your backhanded slights, supiority snideness, and "know it all" positivism that Clive, and ONLY Clive, has been graced with the timeless wisdom to understand the Pyramids.
Such as Clive writing in this thread;
>"Please Jammer...give us a break...! Do you actually believe what you wrote?
I post thoughts for discussion, I have never wasted this boards time posting crap.

Interesting Clive, recalling Notre Dame was laid out with "pace and peg", then ever more careful steps of squaring all corners.
Clive, how do you KNOW beyond a shadow of a doubt some other system was used?
Would you mind sharing your source with us all?
>"Note...the process started with thought and intent in design.
Agreed, imho THREE times; each time a King began a pyramid.

I believe that if the Overseer of Construction for Khafre had decided to make the pyramid 10 meters wider Clive would have a whole new ratio to discuss as proof.
>"If you have difficulty then ask others to assist...they'll be more than happy to help."
This is perhaps the single snottiest statement directed at myself I've read on Ma'at.
I have a degree in engineering.
My contention never was "I couldn't do the math, so neither could the AE!", my suggested point was the "intent of the ratios" was perhaps more in Clive's mind than the builders.
My father is in hospice during his final days as I write this, so it may be some days before I can return to it. Bear with me please.
