Simple none of it. Instead of a consensus of theories based on evidence they want a mass of conflicting fringe ideas and feeling that contradict as long as they are against orthodoxy. All the other aspects of the culture and religion you mentioned are not important only the Great Pyramid with minor nods to a few other select points.
I would suspect a reading list would be a list of fringe gurus

Daniken
Hancock
etc.
