Nothing you have said here actually addresses the very real logistical and practical problems that an actual ground war would present, the actual point which I raised. Can we at least address this matter in terms of reality and not rhetoric.
As for Pakistan, I have just watched a BBC interview with Imran Khan, whose own credentials are well known. His stark warnings about the dangers which face Pakistan in the event of military intervention cannot be wished away.
