Thanks - I understand now! Hey I was on vacation for a few weeks and had a thought. We owe Sam a debt of gratitude. MStower had to write a book to counter Creighton's 'ideas' while Sam has very kindly not written anything down so no one had to produce a debunking of it. If not you, Thanos or I would have had to have done it. Saved us a LOT of time.
