You are misrepresenting what I wrote. I mentioned nothing about construction ramps; instead, my post was concerned with getting the stone up to the plateau. On the north and east of the Great Pyramid, the ground drops away quite steeply, which is why Khufu’s causeway had to be constructed on a fairly substantial embankment.
