Who said that? I certainly didn't. I said that people anywhere on the planet can be black due to being descended from people who developed medium to dark brown skin as a result of biological adaptation to high UV environments. This includes Africa, South Asia, parts of the Pacific, parts of the Americas and so forth. Black is not only tied to Africa. A light tanned modern North African is certainly not black. However, such a person can have black ancestry as well as white ancestry and certainly identify with both, regardless of color.

Of course not. Anyone who is of a light pinkish beige, tan or olive complexion is considered white no matter where they are on earth. This again has no specific geographic limit and there are indeed whites who inhabit Africa as well as Asia, the Pacific and the Americas.

I don't know? You can look in the mirror and see what you look like and determine if you are white or not. Your ancestry is another issue all together as many people of different complexions can share ancestry and not look the same at all.
The point being that European ancestry is not a basis for determining the features and ancestry of Africans thousands of miles away from Europe. Southern Europe is not the Sahara and is not the Nile Valley. The population history of people along the Nile 5,000 years ago is not primarily based on migrations of Europeans or Levantines to Africa. It is primarily based on the migrations of Africans, even though these other groups did exist in small numbers, at least 5,000 years ago. Only later did the proportion of non African ancestry grow to the point it is at now, producing a population that has large segments of people with substantial ancestry from and similarity to Southern Europeans and Levantines. And there is no doubt that many of these people are not the least bit black, even though many have substantial African ancestry. However this does not mean that the population of today has the exact same ancestral lineages as that from thousands of years ago.

Black is not culture so it is irrelevant. Being black does not depend on being an American. Black isn't a description religion, geography, culture, nationality, or ethnicity, it is only a description of skin color. A brown skinned African in any part of Africa is black, no matter what culture they are a part of, religion they follow or nation that they reside in. Most Europeans are white no matter whether they are from Spain, Britain, Norway, Poland or elsewhere. European Americans are still white even though they live in America and have some mixed ancestry themselves from Africans, Indians and others and don't practice the same culture as Britain or France. Brown skinned Africans are brown skinned Africans and not tanned whites.
