It's meaningless .

Drawing lines from one place to another along the bearings of astro events like solstices will always eventually "hit " something that might appear to be meaningful if that is the sort of thing you are looking for , it is to be expected statistically and if you believe it is meaningful a better explanation is apophenia .
An example , I don't know your birthday but if we take the sun rise and sun set on your birthday and project the line world wide from the great pyramid or Stonehenge or your home there will be many "hits" even placenames with your initials , it will not be meaningful .
