I agree 110% that is what they get whether attempted or not.
So without any independant evidence(i.e. "I want it sqrt 5 rectangle" note) no one, who is honest, can claim intent of sqrt 5 from the simplest rectangle of 1:2.

1) Rise 1 Run 2 = slope 26.565
2) Rise 2 Run 1 = Slope 63.435
3) sqrt 5 slope = Slope 65.905
Don you are arguing this on a floorplan of length and width. Rise and run isn't applicable on these two dimensions. IOW Rise/Run wasn't created for the floorplan.
And yes before you come back with another insult I understand that the
LENGTH of the slope would be sqrt 5. That isn't what you typed/argued with reference to Rise/Run.
