To prove that there is a link between the systems that the AE knew about, you first of all have to show that the AE knew about Imperial measure and metric measure.

You now admit that a lack of evidence means that you cannot do this.

You are left with a series of coincidences. But the existence of coincidences, no matter how intriguing, is not sufficient to demonstrate the existence of human intention or purpose.
