I'm not into beliefs. I see that the whole temple is rotated from true north by the precise angle to point with 2 of the 4 sides towards the horizon location where Sirius re-appears after its yearly pause. And this temple is only one of 4 with that precise angle while most other temples are also roughly aligned to that orientation, they are at least 2 degrees apart. That rotation from true north is not random, it was part of the original temple design by the architect or by the investor.

The planets (Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn) are indeed shown in the rectangular Hypostyle Zodiac and their position between the 12 Zodiac symbols are indicating a small list of potential year candidates with the same celestial pattern. The same is also true for the more famous circular Zodiac from the temple roof penthouse, I guess there about 5 potential years have been identified between 4000 BCE and 1700 CE.
