That's not a generally true statement about the Great Pyramid.
The base length deviation of the four 230m long sides is about 14cm.
The standard tolerances for modern concrete constructions in Germany are 30mm for 30m and larger parts. For even larger parts building-specific tolerances are usually defined.
But if you take the 30mm over 30m and check how much the side length deviates scaled down to 30m on the pyramid, it's only 18mm. So you can say the GP is built almost twice as precisely build as modern concrete construction in that aspect: [

The precision of the angle and diameter of the descending passage is at 10 times better than modern constructions I once read, but cannot find numbers this minute.
