Egyptologists do give credit for published work to those who have not trained in Egyptology.

I read a review of John Romer's book on the Great Pyramid which was published by Cambridge University Press. The reviewer wrote that he wished he had written the book!

If you were to write a book then you could ask an Egyptologist to write a foreword, or simply include reviews in a second edition. If a book is good then it will receive due praise.

I did not agree with John Romer's sliding grid theory, but his book was good in my opinion. Similarly, I may not agree with your theory on the Bent Pyramid, but I think you have the potential to write a good book.

Why not publish a book on the Bent Pyramid?

In my opinion a good book should include the pet theory of the author, but also the theories of others.

Perhaps a best seller on the Bent Pyramid is overdue. It's easy enough to publish without a publisher if need be.
