I think that in both ancient Malay and Lycian 9 & 10 were later additions and don't correlate.
I've reconstructed the Ancient Malay, based on Austronesian, Indonesian, Philippine comparisons.
Doesn't it appear that Malay should be in the neighborhood of Oscan and Lycia? I think so.
To me this is a clear link between ancient Lycian, Oscan and ancient Malay, either through trade or shared ancestral tongue. I must note this: Portuguese traded with Malaya in 15, 16th centuries, so if Portuguese is derived from Oscan or Lycia, it would be a cause of the similarities. But that leaves Proto-AN in an awkward position, perhaps PAN was also affected by trade with Europe?
