Assuming that meaningless statement was intended to convey that the quake was nearer to syzygy (Full Moon) than to quadrature (1st quarter), that is false (but not at all surprising). In the case of this earthquake, 3d 15h 8min is only less than 3d 0h 7min in the utter drivel that is peddled by those who hope that no-one will notice that this is yet another large earthquake that did
not occur at (or near to) lunar syzygy as they continue to promulgate their trash in the face of contrary objective evidence.
