I accidentally injected myself with a technical (98% pure) solution of pirimiphos methyl (another OP pesticide). It gave me the shakes and the runs for a few days but that's about it. To put it in context the legal residue limit is 5 parts per million.

Don't get me wrong, if a way is found to produce cheap food on a large enough scale without using artificial pesticides then I'm all for it. I also don't believe in scaring people with incorrect scare stories either!
