I am not going to legislate anything, that is not for me to do. The only real issue I am posting about is the connection between human related CO2 and global warming.

Really, should I have to converse with someone that cannot even comprehend a simple sentence. Where did I state it would increase pressure on earth's crust? There is no net increase in pressure, there is a redistribution of pressure which causes seismic activity.
I doubt you will read this, since you come across as someone completely close minded and too ignorant to have any real understanding of earth sciences, but for the record you can read the following article:
