From that data there can be no conclusions whether the changing cubit lengths were due to production creep from specifications or (as I still believe) set to specific measurements for each King based on some specific measurement, such as his digit. There simply isn't enough data to draw any conclusions.
Btw Don Barone, Turin Specimen #5, made from green basalt, the rod has three different scales.
It measures 20.626" and varies from a theoretical perfect Royal Cubit Rod by +0.001.
Unfortunately it is not accurately date estimated as it's provenance is unknown. .
