The FACT that every Egyptologist believes the PT are incantation and magic is the ONLY real issue. "Spells" have no tie to reality so their in no means to determine their meaning other than to use anachronistic sources. It is a non sequitur. It is illogical to determine the meaning of writing from later material. Egyptological interpretation of the PT does not make any predictions so the interpretation can be tested. Remember 8 years ago when the thermal anomaly was found in G1 Hawass asked for Egyptologists to create hypotheses to explain it but none were forthcoming. This was the self same hot spot I had predicted in advance that was apparently called "Cool is the Crown Path". Predictions don't prove theory but the lack of prediction and the lack of independent and concurrent corroboration certainly casts grave doubt on on any theory.
