To put it context… in general Egyptology exists in a furrow crafted by 19th century concepts, all universities teach the science are limited by the inability of knowing more than 10% of the ancient Egyptian culture beyond grave goods. Archaeologists follow strict rules about evidence, but no so much in Egyptology, which the latter is based interpretive opinions… a simple example can be found on all the pages of “The Oxford Dictionary of ancient Egypt” (Shaw)… where just about everything is prefaced with — thought to be, considered to be etc… nothing is definitive beyond the physical remains.
The incredible artwork discovered in Hesyre’s tomb is far beyond the realm provided by Egyptologists for Djoser’s reign.
The PT’s were invocations, each iteration being expanded concurrent with each generational view of attaining ascension and life in the unknown vastness of the afterlife. Moreover, the Middle Kingdom CT’s were often copies of PT’s attached without the copyist knowing what they were, examples exist of CT’s including the bio of the Old Kingdom cadaver they were copied from.
