But they dont aligh perfectly. They don't even come close!

1) The smaller pyramid's shadow falls only halfway to the next corner...
2) The middle pyramid's shadow inserts 20% into the next pyramid.

Are you saying the AE lacked the finess to design these structures to the right size to PERFECTLY touch the corners had that been their intent?

Considering Stonehenge has proper shadow lengths I am positive the AE could have aligned these shadows more accuratly had they wished.

That forces me to conclude the shadow alignement meant nothing to them in their construction of the pyramids.
