What I actually meant was that with our technology, we can 'demonstrate' any 'alignment/orientation' WE want, if we try and search long enough (remember all the threads with or without images of the Orion Belt, 'extrapolated' to Giza). But this does not mean that the AE intentionally star-aligned their monuments. How can we know beyond any doubt that e.g. the Khufu-shafts were oriented to Orion, while this orientation was performed in the situation as it existed approx. 4500 years ago ? We were not there. How do we reconstruct this situation as it exactly was in the life of the AE from the 4th Dynasty ?
