Rich, of course you couldn't procure the Latin text, this isa a hoax.
Erotikos Prohibitus Aigyptos? References to such a thing? " transliteration of Egyptian records (since lost) of libidinous nature concerning the legendary Atlantis and Amazons."
Strange, all the records the Egyptians kept of other countries (except correspondence) seem to have been lost. Alternatively, they didn't keep such records. Egypt was all that mattered to the Egyptians.
""I believe these scrolls to be a genuine find," said Franco with beaming,
earnest eyes. "It was thought the series was burned -- along with thousands
of other more priceless volumes -- by religious fanatics during the final
destruction of the Alexandrian Library. As with a lot of other ancient
prurient writings, like Sappho's, we have but a few antique references to
it -- in this case only the Church's -- which quite imply it would have
been just the kind of execrative literature to have sent pious zealots into
orbit... Well, by some ironic humor of the gods, a few scrolls of this
banned work ended up getting hidden away in a Coptic monastery -- of all
places -- until recently 'procured' by Muhammad's brother in Cairo...""
And no one has ever heard of these scrolls except an obscure web site? Do you want to hazard a guess as to how valuable such scrolls would be?
And now you are publicising this hoax in various forums. That's how these hoaxes acquire 'veracity'. I think it is pretty irresponsible.
There is a real George Young by the way, who was posting on Usenet offering a paper about Atlantis eg:

He last posted in 1997. Most of his posts however had the subject line "Mellow Bi Male Mentor Seeking Docile Gay/Bi Boy Pal"
I can't find a trace of William W. Kertiss
This has all the hallmarks of a hoax and I think should be treated as one until evidence for its realist can be found.
