HOGWASH! It requires 251 PSI functioning to deliver water 150 meters up. That is systolic, not inclusive of the hydrological shock upon initiation of flow, which could easily exceed 400psi.
I want you to show me a single extant piece of conduit from 2600BCE that could withstand 400psi!
For that matter early water piping made from wooden logs hollowed out leaked like a sieve at 15PSI!
