138b. ... Thou purifiest thyself in the dew of the stars;
138c. thou descendest on firm (copper?) cables, on the shoulders of Horus in his name of "He who is in the Ḥnw-boat."
139a. The blessed dead (?) lament for thee (after) the imperishable stars bore thee (away).
139b. Enter the abode of thy father, to the abode of Geb,
139c. that he may give to thee that which is on the brow of Horus, that thou mayest be a ba thereby, that thou mayest be a śḫm thereby,
This is easy to understand if you try.

... Thou purifiest thyself in the dew of the stars;
The water on the pyramid got funky very quickly between eruptions. A new eruption produced purification and more "dew of the stars". It was this dew that produced rainbows. When a little bubble of CO2 pops it will cause tiny little water droplettes to be launched. These tiny droplettes have almost no weight so will be at the mercy of high speed collisions with very active (hot) molecules and the wind. They simply fan out and help create the rainbow. As the water is purified the dew of the stars casts the sky arcs.

thou descendest on firm (copper?) cables,
This is the chain that goes across the pyramid top (glyphs F46-F50).

on the shoulders of Horus in his name of "He who is in the Ḥnw-boat."
Ancient thought ascribed human characteristics to all things and all the results of scientific enquiry. Hands are the ability to manipulate, arms are the ability to do so at a distance, and shoulders are the strenght to function as a manipulator. Couldn't be simpler.
This is really in reference to Horus the Elder though it's a sort of play on words with Horus the Younger. It is the elder who is in the henu boat while the younger is in the dndndr boat. The elder as god of rainbows is also the 'shoulder of the sky". His shoulder is his strenght to to build pyramids and is also the very shape of the rainbow. The rainbow is very much equivalent to his ability to lift stones.
Quote
The blessed dead (?) lament for thee (after) the imperishable stars bore thee (away).
The workers lament for the dead king as he is transfigured into the rainbow. He ascendes to the imperishable stars that "are" the rainbow. He is the pyramid that ascends as more horus' are added. He is truly horus (the younger).
Quote
Enter the abode of thy father, to the abode of Geb,
He becomes the pyramid which "rises to heaven permanent like the earth" (geb).
Quote
that he may give to thee that which is on the brow of Horus,
As the pyramid the natron in the "brow" at the upper eye in the mehet weret are necessary to allow the fresh water to be safe enough for the workers. Natron, grease, and musilagenous Myhrr were applied to degas the water at the brow of horus.
Quote
...that thou mayest be a ba thereby, that thou mayest be a śḫm thereby,
"Ba" is the ability to make manifest which the water gains at the brow. "Shm" is the power to make manifest which is a capture of what is below. The power below ground equals the power above. The water at the top can take back the power of the above and below using the counterweight to lift. It is capturing the power to build the pyramid.
Rainbows are everywhere because in three dimensional thought everything is everywhere.
