In the baboon image you were talking about, I assume you mean this one, [upload.wikimedia.org] it is obvious even at this angle that they are not the same. However I still question the carvings and paintings on the columns at Karnac as whether they are identical or just close.

You also mention the 18,20 and, I thought they even used 21 for a while, grid ... do you think they ever used the phi ratio grid as many of my discoveries seem to indicate that they did. The most obvious of which is "The Book of Caverns" [www.sharm-club.com] [thebanmappingproject.com] and in the base of the chair of Akhenaten.
