Once again thanks for responding. Have you ever considered that de Lubicz was correct ? For is not Phi central to all life and wouldn't a temple to man surely contain it ? You see ever decreasing ratios and suggest that I see patterns that are not there. I would suggest I see certain patterns because they are there. In my estimation the golden ratio is symbolic for life, I contend that The Ankh is a stylized form of this ratio and I further contend that The Ancient Builders employed this ratio as often as possible but it was only on tombs and temples, places where life would have been either sacred or resting for ... the afterlife. It always only appears at the entrances of these temples and tombs, or dealing with the afterlife, not in everyday life. thus it is logical that my analysis is correct. Here are a couple of examples from The Book of Caverns. Do you think I am imagining Phi in these drawings ?

I guess it goes back to the cloud argument. Some see shapes in the clouds and claim they only imagine that they look like certain things, I on the other hand feel that the simple act of looking at the clouds cause them to form shapes for our amusement. As far as I know Phi has never been systematically studied in any ancient civilization. Thus if something has never been looked for how can certain people say it is not there ?
Once again thank you for responding.
