Can't be any other way. But I'd personally go even further and claim that the AEs thought and lived geometry and symmetry in the form of Maat and hence their whole view of the world was expressed in these terms. Look at their conception of time and look at their "pantheon"!

Certainly, and especially as far as the ancient Egyptians were concerned. What is even more interesting in their case is, that the very expression of idea looking back at them was themselves, since they used the universe to explain themselves and their reasons and fates. Looking at the AE architecture and art, we are not just looking at what they accomplished, but looking at how they thought, how they understood the universe and how they basically saw themselves.

Unfortunately your posting is not complete! Still, I do see what you are getting at and I agree, heheh.
Yes, the perfect balance, and hence a geometrical expression of their conception of the universe and it's powers, is very clearly present in the divinities and their relations to each other. The best way to know a god is to look at his/her consort, IMO. The most striking example, of course, is being Thoth with Maat as his consort, eh? Talk about calculation, measuring and balance!!
