41.23 = 2 RC
41.35 does not = 2 RC
10.7 does not = 1/2 RC
10.9 does not = 1/2 RC
62.78 does not = 3RC
62.99 does not = 3RC

One outa six ain;t bad but then I would overlook it because five outa six is terrible.

See above but then I'm obviously wrong in your eyes for I use a different RC which is Petrie's of 20.620 +/- .005 inches.
