SC: I don't want to take this too off topic here. All I will say is that I have always maintained the AEs were following a predetermined plan in which case they can build it in any order they desired. Why do I read 3-1-4? Well because this is the direction the so-called 'Queens Pyramids' precess from the SW horizon, round towards the Eastern horizon. They do not precess east to southwest. And, of course, the sacred plan was a very rigid plan. So rigid indeed that it was beyond even the power of the Pharaoh to have it altered, lest he place his soul at risk in the afterlife! Which might also explain why Dejedfre built away from Giza - perhaps he was none too keen on being constrained by the restrictions of the rigid, sacred plan.
