I googled the following words: fet par quie rei al, and although the combination doesn't exist, there were sites using these words individually. However, they were mostly Italian and Spanish. If that is indeed how the sentence starts, "FET" is definitely a word cause "FETPAR" doesn't exist (the combination "TP" is non-existent). "QUIREI" also exists. Hope that helps...
