Great list! Seen them all.
Since you enjoy the old Doris Day movies, let me ask whether you have seen the recent takeoff called Down with Love, starring Renee Zellweger and Ewan McGregor... great plot, wonderful singing and dancing, and marvelous acting from the prodigiously talented Ewan, using his awesome dialect skills and body language to perfection, as usual. It was also nice to see Zellweger provide such an able match to McGregor's talent... their song and dance routines were fantastic.. almost as good as the one at the end of Lipstick on Your Collar with McGregor dancing with Louise Germaine.
You do get more fifties bang for your buck with Lipstick on Your Collar, where McGregor does an awesome Elvis scene, the best I've ever seen. Of course, with anything by Dennis Potter, every performance is tour de force, from the smallest to the largest, including every other detail from scenery, to song choice, to dialogue, to choreography... and these details cut very deep into the social fabric of the piece as it reflects the time period portrayed. Down with Love is great for what it does, but it doesn't cut very deep ... that can be a good thing sometimes, though I much prefer the Potter stuff in the long run.
