After reading all the posts here. I did a search of my memory. I tried to find the disrespectful stuff in the media. Frankly I didn't find much of it. What I remembered was acres and acres of smooze and what a great guy he was. In fact it was stomach turning. It is amazing how people discover what a great guy someone was after he/she dies.
Frankly and rather unfortunately Cochran will be remembered for the Simpson case, which was turned by the media into a traversty and joke. And Cochran and the other defence Lawyers along with the prosecution did their disgraceful part in the fiasco. Cochran's other projects most notably his involment in the Innocence Project seems destined to be forgotten.
In Canada, were I live, the Simpson case has been used as a arguement for NOT allowing cameras into the Court Room.
