Clive,
I provided you with data more accurate than what appears in your drawings.
The data I gave you is (with the exception of the 4148" DP floor measurement) taken directly from Petrie's
Pyramids and Temples of Giza First Edition 1883.
I have explained to you why I think it is necessary to be as accurate as possible, though I concede that rounding Petrie's measurements to the nearest 1/10th of an inch is acceptable in many cases (an exception is, for example, the sarcophagus in the King's Chamber which requires being examined to 1/100ths of an inch).
As I wrote earlier, I like simplicity but not at the expense of accuracy.
Your choosing to round up/down Petrie's measurements (or anybody else's, for that matter) to the nearest inch and ignoring measurements that don't fit your preconceived (?) notions is, IMO, potentially misleading and therefore not good practice - unless it is only done for the purpose of creating scale drawings.
This is only my opinion, but, then, I firmly believe that the devil is very much in the detail.
Your comment that I am playing a game here is quite wrong - actually, it's a downright insult - but, sadly, I have come to expect such derogatory comments from you whenever I point out mistakes you have made or disagree with your findings.
