Ah, brings back memories.
My local Public Reference Library had a copy of Kingsland's 2 volume The Great Pyramid in Fact and in Theory that they kept under lock and key (don't know why such was necessary).
They very kindly let me borrow it - unofficially - for several weeks.
This was way back in 1977.
I haven't seen a copy of the work since then; now you've reminded me of it, Jon, I must see if I can track one down.
