Simplified Formula in cubits: Height= 1 + .8 * log(200/x)

Just experimenting, here is a base18 log in cubits: 1 + log18 (200/x)

Perhaps you could replace .8 with the pyramid cotangent, or pi/4:
Height= 1 + (pi/4) * log(200/x)
I don't think this buys you anything, though. Seems too complex. There has to be some kind of estimation of this log using a slide rule or a circle or something.

Anybody who has ever played the number-guessing-game... it is log-based.
ie. I am thinking of a number 1 to 100, what number am I guessing?
50, higher
75, higher
87, lower
81, higher
84, got it.
So there could be some explanation of a "log that isn't a log", like this example.

I'm probably going to give up on this line of thought... maybe it will inspire someone, though. Here is another picture, showing the margin of error.
