My Geometry regarding studying a 3-dimensional pyramid from a random perspective is very shaky. However, hold up a piece of paper or a book to the monitor, with the corner of the book alligned with the top of the pyramid. You will notice it is pretty darn close to a perfect match of 90 degrees in the picture (+/- 1 degree). If you don't understand this time, let me know, and I will take screenshots to proove it.
Note: I was looking at your 450k picture (yellow becomes blue compared to the smaller picture).

In a perfect world where we see only the near corners, 51.85 degrees implies:
51.85-51.85-76.3.
In your picture, where we see the diagonals, or far-corners, the triangles, which I don't know how you generated the lines are:
red line: 47.65-41.1-91.26
purple line: 48.43-42.14-89.43
