I am going to break this up into several sections to address the issues I think I see. You may choose if you like to address only certain issues that you think are truly valid or ignore the whole thing... I hold no stakes in this and am simply explaining what I found problematic. Others will have different opinions.
Item 1: Introduction --I think the opening needs to focus more on your thesis statement. For example:

Your topic is Egyptian mathematics as a contribution to astronomy ... but it's not even mentioned in the first paragraph, where you go leaping right into the Babylonians. You should be talking about Egyptian astronomy and Egyptian math and making it very clear what time frame you're talking about (New Kingdom, Ptolemaic...whenever)
Also, you don't indicate where the Introduction ends... the paper is apparently one long introduction and a conclusion? There's no subtitles.
And is Chart 1 missing ("generating what is known as a zig zag function (refer example in Chart 1.)")? I see a Chart 2. No chart of zigzag function.
You mention a "System A" ("System A and System B") but you never explain what System A is and a search on Google doesn't turn up any explanation of what a System A is. Evidence should follow the "Checkov's Gun" rule... if you present a gun (a term or object) then it needs to be established in the beginning and used in a later part. You've shown us the "gun" called System A... but never explain why it's useful/interesting/necessary/needs to be talked about. If you don't use it, edit it out.
