I wish there were such a central source. In such a work as Verner (1992)
Abusir ll: Baugraffili der Ptahschepses Mastaba, one finds a summary, but only to the date of publication, naturally. I know of no full publication of the names from the second boat pit, for example. There are various publications on the Wadi al-Jarf material, including the aper names. A central source would need to keep up with all of this and such things seem generally to be considered of marginal and specialist interest.
Byrd on ATS?
In presenting his material, Vyse made a literary choice. The trope he used is one we would recognise as that of the classic detective story: hints are dropped and clues are given, but we wait for the detective (Samuel Birch) to explain it all at the end.
