There is an example of the name Akhet Khufu on a block from the southern causeway at Giza- see pg 23 here - [

See also the description of Papyrus A of Merer (Pierre Tallet, Les papyrus de la mer Rouge I. Le journal de Merer Papyrus Jarf A et B [
www.ifao.egnet.net]: 46, II.3.3, A7). According to the authors,
Akhet Khufu is definitely a reference to Khufu’s funerary complex.
