you will find that it is stated that the texts on the 12th Dynasty coffins indicated these two men were half-brothers, with a common mother. Archaeological and forensic examination of the bodies by Rosalie David in the 1970's indicated that Khnum-Nakht had a negroid father, while his older half brother Net-Ankh was apparently from Egyptian extraction (David 1978: 170).
Based upon the skulls and other forensic evidence, reconstructions of the Two Brothers came out as follows:

The statuary in the photos above were small wooden statues found in the brothers' tombs, pretty closely matching their actual features, particularly Net-Ankh.
