Not true. If you look at the angles of the well shaft, you will find that the angles of the shaft are all "exact", common seqed ratios. To put it simply, they are 2:1 or 3:1 (and maybe even 4:1? I don't recall off the top of my head, as it has been so long since this was last discussed) angles. I posted on this several years ago with a diagram that made it quite clear.
They used this particular set of angles to "hit" the bottom of the Descending Passage after deciding they needed the passageway to let the workers out of the burial area when they had completed their task of releasing the plug stones.
