In my opening post i proposed the association of that region of stars with 'The House of Sokar' respective to the Duat,this not inclusive of all the stars that form the Classical Orion...within that 'house' the three star asterism the 'wing of Sokar'.
The three star asterism in the Sah representation i would take as the vertical setting positions in the West of, from top to bottom, Alkalurops-Izar-Arcturus. Obviously the iconography gives no indication they represent the belt stars of Orion, but are simply shown in vertical association with the figure representing Sah.
