I can understand your thinking that this whole layout/pi business is verging on trolling, but I don't think it is.

Essentially, an impasse has been reached and until something new turns up this is how it is going to stay.

But this is not, IMO, sufficient reason for posters on both sides of the layout/pi debates to call it a day.

Sherlock Holmes had it that what one man could invent another could discover.
If there is a deliberate layout at Giza, someday somebody will uncover it.
If the appearance of pi in Khufu's pyramid is intentionally, then one day somebody will prove it.*

The possibilities are not yet exhausted... the current impasse could be breached...
That's why we need folks like Don, SC, Clive, C. Wayne et al to continue posting on these subjects, because one day one of them just might hit gold...
