Besides... 11/7 or 44/7 are not equal to 22/7. Your entire premise is shot based on that simple fact alone. And yes, 11/7 or 44/7 not equalling 22/7 is a mathematical fact. You can't reconcile it with a site report, no matter how well surveyed.
