IMHO, if one does not block, dismiss and/or ignore any energy and just let it flow, amazing things do happen. However, in many cases, the "fear factor" will take over as some sort of a defense mechanism. The key then is do be able to conquer and process that fear and then it will no longer directly affect one's thoughts...
