As you say Dave the technology is there, but what is lacking is the inclination to develop it in to mass production.

Now thats something that isn't based on junk science and requires the major world powers, more than the upcoming world powers (and poluters) to support and push for.

Guess we'd better pray for a miracle... the oil countries that donate so much to so many political systems aren't going to let that happen for a while yet.
