The language used by some of those who would like to argue a case either against global warming or against environmentalists and liberals is utterly Orwellian sometimes. All that has to be done is to play the reverse substitution game. Here's an example from a very scary article, here, [
www.webcommentary.com] entitled: "Global Warming More Scare than Science," which states "The enormous financial power of environmental organizations, funded by liberal foundations, permits them to continue telling "global warming" lies. Meanwhile, scientists struggle to tell the true story about this hoax." Now, the truth is that financial power actually lies with huge corporations and oil companies like Exxon-Mobil, companies which have a vested interest in making sure that science does not support global warming or else makes conclusions that defuse any attempts to show the ultimate consequences of this fact on the ground. In fact, a Bush aide who joined Exxon-Mobil changed and redacted "government climate reports to favor the interests of the oil industry." You can read about it here: [

Then there's poor Florida, continuing to look as if it will actually make it back to the dark ages in terms of clear or enlightened thinking. You can read about in in an article called: "Others lead way as Florida ignores global warming threats," here:[
