Ouch, that is an unfortunate name. I cannot imagine the ruthless gradeschool children that the Smelly family probably endured as each generation went to school. I suppose it would be a badge of honour though to keep the name since it would definitely have its reprisals. I would imagine that the Smelly family is quite tough.
